Get your students up and moving with this fun and engaging 100th Day of School Exercise Challenge. This workout challenge can be used as a brain break, indoor recess activity, part of your whole class math session on the 100th Day of School or even as a stand-alone activity when working on numbers to 100.
A fantastic addition to your virtual or in person 100th Day of School celebration. Perfect for screen sharing on Zoom or other virtual platforms, and even works great on the smartboard in your classroom.
2 versions of the challenge are included in this set:
Each exercise takes 100 seconds to complete. VIDEO: Countdown from 100 with upbeat music to keep your students motivated. This version will take at least 20 minutes to complete but can be broken down into parts throughout the day.
Students either count to 10 or do 10 reps of each exercise to complete the challenge. This version is a simple and short version that can easily be done in 5-10 minutes.
NOTE: It’s always a good idea to model the exercises before starting to make sure students understand what is required and how to complete each exercise safely.
