40 printable Pre-Primer Rainbow Roll-n-Trace worksheets. Rainbow Roll and Trace directions: Five sight words are on each sheet. When your child rolls the die he/she will match the number on the die to the color on the instruction sheet. He/she will then trace the site word with the appropriate colored crayon or marker. Repeat this 4 more times per sheet. This activity reinforces correct spelling of a sight word and sight word recognition and retention. It also reinforces color recognition and simple math skills (counting numbers on the die). Full instructions will be included on the CD-R. This sight word activity is more complex than a normal sight word activity. The child engages in both sight word recognition and color recognition along with math skills.
