Item description

Use these alphabet letter and sound match sets with a cookie sheet or
other magnetic surface for circle time, morning meeting, small group,
center time, or morning work. Just laminate the sheets for durability
and grab your alphabet magnets. If you do not have magnets, I have
included a sheet of capital and lowercase letters in easy to punch out
one inch circles that could be attached to plastic bottle tops.

 

Each sheet has 4-6 alphabet letters to work with. You can match letters
to sounds, capital to capital, capital to lowercase, or lowercase to
lowercase. You can also mix it up by providing a mixture of letters.

 

I use the letter sound sheets in circle time to introduce the work.
Each student receives a letter or two. I either point to the object or
call on a student to bring up a letter to match. Once we have played in
circle time or a small group I make it available in my centers time for
additional practice.
