These butterfly symmetry mats are ideal to teach reflective symmetry to young learners. Students use the shapes to mirror image along the line of symmetry. These symmetry mats can also be used in math centers or during independent play. The blank mats can be used with various manipulatives such as bottle caps, blocks, buttons, playdough, etc.

  • 10 symmetry mats in full in color in which the children must complete the other half by placing the shapes symmetrically.
  • 5 blank symmetry mats in full color, (which can be used freely and with different materials).
