Common and Proper Nouns Worksheets & BOOM Cards

This resource includes posters for your classroom with pictures and examples to show what common and proper nouns are. It will contain a handout for student folders for them to refer to while doing writing work showing words for common nouns. They will practice their newly acquired knowledge by completing the five activities included. Some pages will require the use crayons, scissors, and glue to complete.

As far as the BOOM cards go, students will learn (or review) common and proper nouns. They will get to select whether the picture shown is being described with a common or proper noun. They will also get to see famous United States landmarks and decide what is the proper noun for each.

This resource can be used in classroom or for distance learning or BOTH!

Makes great for independent work packet as it gives instructions, explanation, and guidance for young children.
