Your students will love this fun Easter themed digital escape room game. You will love that there is no prep involved. Just click and play to review teen numbers. Your students will be solving clues to find the keys. They will unlock the locks to escape in time for the big egg hunt!

In order to find the keys your students will have to:

  • Put numbers to 20 in order and backwards order
  • Match teen numbers to their ten frames, base ten blocks and expanded form (10 + _).
  • Compare two teen numbers and find the greater one
  • Subtract from 10 using their knowledge of 10s partners or the two numbers that equal 10.

The game asks the questions in speech bubbles from forest friends. If your students answer it correctly they move to the next question. If they answer it incorrectly they have the chance to try it again.

How to run a digital escape room in your classroom:

  1. Open the file
  2. Read the teacher instructions on the first slide.
  3. Start the slideshow on the third slide (the title screen) by clicking “slideshow” in the upper right of your screen.
  4. Only use your mouse to click on the slides. DO NOT scroll or use the spacebar or the arrows on your keyboard.
  5. Enjoy!
