Discounts and Markups Digital Self-Checking Activity

Are your students tired of completing boring math problems from a textbook, workbook, or worksheet? Are you looking for an engaging way to incorporate student practice into your daily instruction? Math is fun again with this discount and markup self-checking Spot the Difference! This digital self-checking math activity is perfect for engaging your students in their learning and practicing of finding discounts and markups (percent).

In the self-checking activity, Spot the Difference, students answer questions to reveal the hidden images.

The students answer the questions in any order they prefer.  After solving the question on a whiteboard, scratch paper, or the provided recording sheet, students type their final answer into the appropriate cell.  When questions are answered correctly, their answer turns green and the image becomes more clear.  When a question is incorrect, the answer turns red and the image does not become more clear.
