• Calendar example to show you how to add text and clipart!

• Ability to add your own graphics, and favorite fonts!

• You can use this year-after-year just by moving the numbers.

Newsletter Information:

You can arrange the boxes wherever you want them, then enter your own information by typing right into the subject boxes where you can use your own font, size, and color.

Please Note: If you want to send your calendars by email to your parents, you will need to

• choose the one you are going to use

• add the information that you want

• delete the unwanted pages and save it with it’s own name, like August, 2016

• then, save it as a PDF file, so that it can’t be altered by anyone!

• attach it to your weekly/monthly email to your parents

•Make sure you have PowerPoint to be able to open and edit these files.
