• Letter to Sub for Every Subject – Detailed, Programmable directions
• Teacher Directions Every Subject
• Early Finishers: 1 ELA & 1 Math worksheet with various first grade skills
• Morning Work: Fill the 100 Chart – Choose with or without 100 chart to assist students with this skill
• Reading: Story Elements Graphic Organizer (2 Choices) Students will read independently or listen to a story. Filling the Graphic Organizer as they find the story elements. This is a FICTION activity.
• Read Aloud: Link to YouTube / SafeShare Video – The Scarecrow by Beth Ferry
• Independent Reading Awards – These are super cute Fall themed awards. Available in color and black/white.
• Phonics: Real and Nonsense Words Activites
• Spelling & Writing: Secret Codes – Student will use the code to create the words. Then choose 3 words to write in a sentence. Capital letters and punctuation encouraged.
• ELA: Homophones Cut & Paste – Students will match the homophones and write the two words. Example: Hair | Hare (includes pictures)
• Math: Addition within 18 Mystery Picture Puzzle – A Cut & Paste Activity
• Social Studies: Camping Map Skills – Includes a Camping Themed Map and a set of questions on a separate page. Student will look at the map and answer the questions on the attached page. After completion, they may color the map.
• Science: Plants Word Search – The word search has 8 words and a vocabulary cheat sheet available.
