Ready to introduce or review what a subject and predicate is? This BOOM deck is a great addition to any plan you have because the students will get to read sentences and choose the predicate and subject while allowing them to delve into the pictures allowing their imagination to flourish. These fun BOOM cards contain funny sentences along with some factual information regarding animals. Students will also get to fill in sentences by inserting a predicate or a subject, depending on which one is asked for. By completing the task cards the kiddos will have a better overall knowledge of what exactly is a subject and a predicate in a sentence.
Check out the PREVIEW to see what the BOOM cards will play.
Some typing will be required in some of the cards and they are open response.
Open response means that there is no right or wrong answer and we are looking more into individual thinking and choice of words.
They’ll have fun!
When you purchase this product, you will receive a PDF with a link to the digital task cards on the Boom Learning Site (an external website). Boom cards are like digital task cards! Cool!
