This January manuscript copywork packet guides students through 20 days worth of copywork, enough for an entire month’s worth of handwriting practice. Directions for use are included. Copywork allows students to focus on line use, spacing, punctuation, and letter formation in order to improve their handwriting. These four features are listed on the bottom of each sheet so that you can assess students, or to have students assess themselves.

Themes in this packet include New Year’s Day, resolutions, ice skating, sledding, building a snowman, Martin Luther King, Jr., etc. One or two sentences are provided each day, with ample space for young writers to practice their best handwriting. Please check out our preview for a closer look.
