Jellyfish Research Book for primary grades & video, K-3rd

Item description

Your class can enjoy creating a jellyfish research book using a video with specific text features such as pictures, bold words, captions and labeled diagrams…. as well as creating a fun no-prep craft at the end (kiddos can do all the prepping)….PLUS there’s a differentiated fun sheet as well! I teach through a YT video and you give the child/children the worksheets that directly correlate to what I teach. IF you have books in your classroom or can take a trip to the library, that’s great, but if not, I have it here all at their fingertips with my video and worksheets. They can get all of their research and information through the differentiated mediums I provide.

In the book on YT, I always show the text on-screen so that emergent readers and ESL learners can follow along, and I engage the listeners with questions. I try to mimic a classroom small group reading experience as much as possible to encourage listening, patience, reading, and learning at their level. A kindergartner will learn new things…as well as a third grader. The corresponding worksheets address the ideas and concepts of each level, but if a child is an accelerated learner OR if they need a simpler text, I have both for you to choose from. Mix and match as much as you need to. There’s something for everyone in your class regardless of their skill level.
