These meditation mazes are not the type of mazes where you have to search for the end, these mazes are more like a journey through a labyrinth. They are a great social emotional learning activity for meditation and teaching about self-management and stress reduction. Students trace the single path to the end with their finger, doing the meditation exercises as they go. These can be led by the teacher, instructing students when to breathe and do the exercises and when to move on to the next stopping point. They can also be done by students individually at their own pace whenever they need a break or want some time for themselves.
