These differentiated reading comprehension activities for Magic Tree House Night of the Ninjas are perfect for readers who aren’t ready for lots of writing! Work on chapter comprehension, vocabulary, story elements, sequencing, and more… without requiring tons of written response!

This resource is designed to help your readers practice their reading comprehension skills with built-in differentiation for early, struggling or reluctant readers/writers! This would work very well for reading intervention, small groups, and ESL/ELL students.

You can use these activities alongside the read aloud, audio book, or a child reading the text themselves. They are also great for assessments, literacy center worksheets, homework, and more!

Options for writing or drawing answers are provided, as well as offering multiple-choice questions to help students truly focus on COMPREHENSION and less on needing to write out their thoughts.
