Non-Proportional Situations Word Scramble consists of 13 multiple choice questions. This activity has students solve the problems to figure out the secret word, which is printed on the back of the assignment. The question types vary from giving the students an equation spelled out in words, and they have to match it to the correct table, or given a non-proportional word problem, they have to select the correct representation of the situation from either a table or graph. There are also some questions that have students choose the correct equation, given the equation spelled out in words. These questions were modeled after STAAR standardized testing questions. This is a great review activity or it can work as an extension to your lesson. An answer key is included.
