Are you looking for some fun number practice this month? Students can practice numbers 0-20 in multiple forms with this fun Valentine resource.


INCLUDED:

2 sets of Valentine-themed numbered cards from 0-20 in color and B/W.

Number forms: Tally, counting, dice, ten-frames, base 10 blocks, and word.

Skills used: number recognition, one-to-one correspondence, counting to cardinality, understanding quantity from 0-20.


Directions:

1. Choose which 3 forms of the numbers you want the students to match.

2. Set out the number sheets and number forms you chose. I use them in a sensory bin in my math center.

3. The students will match the different forms of the number to the number sheets!


Another way to play – Use 2 forms of the numbers and place them upside down. Have students play memory and match the numbers together.

Prepare: Print, cut, and laminate!


Optional: Set up a sensory bin to use them in.

This is perfect for early finishers, early intervention, in addition to a lesson, student-teacher, parent helper, homeschool, and centers!
