1 sheet with 2 smaller versions of the checklist in color (for students to staple into their agenda)

1 sheet with 2 smaller versions of the checklist in black and white (for students to staple into their agenda)

Print and laminate so students can write on it with a dry-erase marker. I keep this checklist on a clipboard in my classroom. As soon as my student enters the classroom for seminar, he has to start working off the items on the list. Works like a charm!
