This Osmosis Transport Cell Drawing Practice resource is a good way to reinforce your students’ understanding of the concepts of cell transport and osmosis specifically.

The resource consists of 2 pages. On the first page is a plant cell wall template. Students are to draw the cell membrane and other organelles under hypertonic and hypotonic conditions. The second page contains 3 drawings of beakers where students are asked to draw red blood cells as they’d look in all three solutions, including drawing arrows to show the water movement. There are basic review questions with each drawing. An answer key is also included.

This could be used in your classroom as a quick class activity, an add-on to a lab on osmosis, homework, or a bell-ringer or exit ticket. It’s meant to be a quick, basic review/reinforcement of osmosis.
