Print-and-go, beautiful & fun self-advocacy cards students can complete (either independently or with help) to support them in helping teachers and other adults understand their specific learning strengths and needs. Great for transition planning, IEP meetings, bulletin board displays, student-led conferences, and more!
This package includes a total of 40 Self-Advocacy cards:
–10 full-page colour & the same 10 half-page
–10 full-page black-and-white & the same 10 half-page
Simply print the Self-Advocacy Card and fill in the blanks.
Cards are ideally completed by the student with adult assistance, though adults can also complete for students if they are unable to participate in the process due to cognitive or developmental disabilities. Laminate for durability if desired. Store in a safe, accessible place for students to access as needed.
