Spiderama: A Spooky Thematic Unit about Spiders!

Teaching thematically is a wonderful way of engaging students in their own learning. Research tells us that the more actively engaged a student is, the more likely they are to retain new information.

This Spiderama unit is one of my favorites! It is a great unit to teach in October when kids are thinking about all thinks spooky. Spiderama keeps the focus on learning, while still being lots of fun.
