Item description

This is a fun spring break themed coordinate plane symmetry activity that is sure to get some smiles from your math students. Students plot the coordinate pairs in order, connecting them with a line until they come to the word STOP. Here they stop the line they are working on and start a new one. When all of the coordinate pairs are plotted their picture is still only half done! They will have Quadrants II and III finished and will then use their symmetry skills to reflect the picture across the y-axis to finish their mystery picture. When they are done they have a fun giraffe pool float to color.

This mystery picture is in all four quadrants and uses whole numbers only. Includes answer key.

Perfect for a middle school math class, grades 6th – 8th.
