These dinosaur activities are a hands on and engaging way to build fine motor skills and allows students to strengthen their fingers and develop a good pencil grip while practicing vocabulary and tracing! Students also get to work on their hand and eye coordination.

PLAYDOUGH MATS

These dinosaur dough mats are a hands on and engaging way to build fine motor skills while practicing vocabulary, letter formation, color matching and tracing! Included are 13 dough mats with a dinosaur theme. Use them during morning work, rotations, small groups or individual work. For long lasting mats, we recommend laminating them or placing them into protective sheets/pouches.

There are 13 dough mats in color and black and white. Each mat is half page in size. Students trace the beginning sound letter and build the image using colored dough. Simply laminate and cut down the center, place into a tub with some colored dough, a dry erase marker and you have a center filled with fun!

Also included are 3 full page dinosaur dough building mats in color and black and white.

Playdough mats include 12 dinosaurs and the word “dinos”.

TRACING MATS

This dinosaur tracing worksheets and dinosaur alphabet prewriting activity is great as a fine motor activity for preK, TK and Kindergarten. These NO PREP worksheets are as easy as print and GO! 

These dinosaur tracing sheets are a hands on and engaging way to build fine motor skills and allows students to strengthen their fingers and develop a good pencil grip while practicing letter formation and tracing! Students also get to work on their hand and eye coordination.

Included are 16 tracing sheets (14 half page mats and 2 full page tracing sheets) or mats with a dinosaur theme. Use them during morning work, rotations, small groups or individual work.

These can be used as worksheets where students get to trace and color. I also like to use them in protective sheets or laminate them to make them long lasting. Simply add a dry erase marker and you have a center you can use over and over again to refine those fine motor skills!

There are 16 black and white tracing sheets. 14 of these are half page in size. And 2 are full page tracing sheets with dinosaur tracing images. Students trace the beginning letter of the dinosaurs name and the image. Dinosaur names have been printed on top of each mat.
