Item description

This is a helpful packet to assist students with motivation and goal setting. It works especially well with high school students. The first page explains intrinsic and extrinsic motivation… and allows students to consider neuroplasticity- ‘their room for growth’ and other positive thinking skills. After that, students work on ‘intrinsic self-motivation’ goal setting sheets for short and long term goals. I usually bring my students back to these goals to check their progress every few months or so (and we update any changes). If they are working on this at home, I encourage them to post these goals in their space (to refer to them). I hope this packet is very helpful for your students!
