This packet is a perfect addition to your Pre-K or Kindergarten Writing Center.

This file is packed with super fun activities to get your students writing, spelling, drawing, creating and building their vocabulary.

You will receive a PDF file containing the following:

★36 Summer themed word cards. These come in 2 sizes (2.5″ x 2.5″ and 3″ x 3″). These can be added to a pocket chart, or clipped to string in your writing center.

Or, to save you the extra work of laminating and cutting, you can glue these to a manila folder and keep in your writing center.

★Write the Room activity with 4 different recording sheet options. This is a great way to get your students up and moving, while practicing their writing skills at the same time!

★Writing Center Exit Ticket-Students will choose a word from the word cards. They will then write the word and draw a picture. My students love this and often want to do it multiple times!

★Find & Write activity-place the word cards in a sensory bin. Students will choose a card and write the word on the appropriate line on the recording sheet. 2 different recording sheets are included (lined and unlined)

★Write A Story-Each sheet includes 3 words and pictures. Students will write a story using the three words.

★Draw & Write-This allows students to get a little more creative. Students will write a story using any words they choose and will draw a picture.
