Item description

Teaching social-emotional learning through picture books engages students. Kids love picture books, honestly, teachers do too. This 5-day lesson plan includes a video link for the read-aloud and video link for a vocabulary video. The activities included are a note-taking follow-along that pairs with the video. Students will be introduced note-taking skills, a vocabulary activity, and informational text activity, a writing component, and an art project. Each lesson is approximately 30 minutes and standards are included. Students love hands-on activities and art projects. I love saving my student’s work and creating a bulletin board. My students are always so proud to show off their finished pieces.
