These Uppercase Alphabet Play Dough Mats make learning proper letter formation fun and exciting. Students can use dry erase marker instead of play dough to reinforce writing skills. They’re perfect for centers, RTI, or a corresponding lesson on uppercase letters.

Each mat uses a repetitive jungle-themed background, that helps minimize visual distractions and promotes focusing on each letter.

• Letter mats can be utilized in any way they see fit, tracing, gluing yarn onto, covering with legos, playdoh, etc. Kids can trace the big letters with their fingers or even glue and cover with glitter.

Once you print the 13 pages on cardstock for durability and laminate them, all you have to do is allow your students to use play dough to make the letters. You can give them all 26 or just a few at a time for centers. Use them to spell CVC words, or as a phonics review.
