Digital items you’ve purchased can be viewed and downloaded from the My Purchases tab in your Madebyteachers.com account.
Where can I find my digital purchases in my account?
To access and download your digital files from your account:
- Sign in to Madebyteachers.com and go to your account Dashboard.
- Click My Purchases
- Next to the file, click the red download button.
Trouble downloading a file
If the file doesn’t download properly, there may be an issue with your browser. Refresh the webpage window and disable any non-standard browser ad-ons like ad blockers.
If you are still having trouble, contact the seller using the Questions link on the bottom of their product pages. After contacting the seller and still unable to resolve the issue, then use the contact link at the bottom of this page to request help from customer service.
