Item description

Can your students use the 120 chart to add and subtract one and ten? Can they quickly locate where the number belongs on the chart and write it? These two winter place value games will build these first grade math skills quickly, and in a fun way!

What does this winter math game collection include?

Snowy Day Flip and Find includes a board game in both color and black and white, along with 36 number clue cards, like “ten more than 63” or “ten less than 54”. Players read a card, interpret the clue, find the space where the number is located on the 120 chart, and write the number, practicing an early place value skill.

* Hot Cocoa Flip and Find works just like Snowy Day, but for extra challenge (and to keep your students reading carefully and thinking!) , there are also clues for one more and one less.

How can you use these place value games in your own classroom?
