Your students will work through a series of digital escape room puzzles in this math escape room where they will show mastering a number of place value standards including working with multiplying and dividing by multiples of 10, putting numbers in expanded form, comparing numbers, and rounding numbers to the nearest 10 or 100. It covers all 3 of the 4th-grade common core standards for place value. Students will be working with problems that will test their skills in place value and will get them ready for any test that they may come across.

This math escape room works mostly through google sites and all your 4th-grade students need is the link to the site. They can access everything through that site. There are 4 different activities on google slides and embedded google forms that will give direct feedback to students on if they figured out the code or not. They will work through these varied math activities to find out how to escape from the freezer.

As a teacher, this digital math escape room is easy to assign through google classroom. You can have your students work in groups in class to solve the problems or work individually this is the perfect math review activity for state testing and other end-of-the-year tests.
