Adjectives improve writing by giving information about nouns. This set of 5 worksheets helps kids understand how to use adjectives correctly.
Students identify adjectives and the nouns they modify. In four of the worksheets they also choose adjectives to modify given nouns. The fifth worksheet asks students to rewrite simple sentences and add their own adjectives to give information about the underlined noun.
Worksheets include explanations and examples.
These worksheets are great for students just learning about adjectives, and also for practice or review. Perfect for either in-class or take-home work, or remote learning.
Answer keys are included for the first four worksheets for quick and easy grading. In the fifth worksheet, answers will vary, so there is no answer key.
