This animal research project report can be used with ANY animal, making it super flexible! It includes graphic organizers / data collection pages, 25 habitats, maps and life cycle pages. Use it to make pop-up diorama or book style report pages and integrate ELA and science learning. You’ll use it over and over throughout the year as you study dinosaurs, rain forest animals, insects, oceans, farms etc.!

To complete the project your students will:

• read nonfiction about a chosen animal,

• use the data collection graphic organizer to record relevant facts,

• write and edit a first draft report, and

• create report pages in either regular or pop-up book style! If desired, complete multiple reports and combine them into individual or class books!
