For preschool and kindergarten kids who are still learning how to form letters, it’s important to practice pen control and trace different shapes. That’s why I’ve created pre-writing printables that can be used in many different ways!

My dot-to-dot dinosaur book includes cute dinosaur shapes that kids can trace and also practice writing each dino’s name. Each design is placed on a separate page, so children can use different color markers or pencils to do the same exercise several times and create wonderful rainbow pictures.

To save on paper, I recommend using an erasable pencil. Alternatively, you can put the pages in plastic sleeves, and kids can use an erasable marker to eliminate the need for reprinting worksheets.

This PDF file includes black and white printables that are 8.5 x 11 in size. You can print as many copies as you like, but please do not modify, sell, or redistribute the printables in any way (whole or in part).
