Task analysis is the process of breaking down complex, multi-step skills into their individual steps. It is often used in classrooms and ABA Therapy to teach complex skills to our learners. It’s one of my most favorite strategies to use with my students!

This resource includes 4 fully editable, printable task analysis data sheets in .docx and PDF format. The data sheets are pre-formatted to collect the following:

► Cold probe: 5 and 10-day versions included. The 5 day version includes a prompt hierarchy and the 10 day version allows for + or – options.

► Trial-by-trial data: 5 and 10-trial versions included which allows for + or – options.

Each data sheet can hold 12 steps. Simply circle the prompted, unprompted or the appropriate prompt level using the key included!
