This is a fun and engaging graphing activity. Before the students enjoy their jelly beans, they graph the colors of the jelly beans. Students sort them by color, then they color in the graph.
Ways to use:
1. Place a handful of jelly beans in a bowl or hide them in easter eggs.
2. Have the children sort the jelly beans on the mats.
3. Count each jelly bean and color in the number of boxes on the graph
4. Ask questions like:

which one has more?
-
which one in the least?
-
which ones are the same?
-
How many…?
