Do you need a meaningful way for your students to
independently practice their heart words? These engaging worksheets will keep
your little learners busy with repetitive practice using the Really Great
Reading Countdown Heart words. This packet is differentiated for multiple
learners providing practice using hands on activities. Students will read the
words, trace the words, write the words, search for the words, build the words
and write it in a sentence.
Everything is provided, including the word cards to put up
around the room.
In my classroom, I use the word cards as a “write the room”
meets scavenger hunt. I put the words up around the room the night before so
they have to walk around the room looking for them. They get repeated practice
writing them each time they find the word. Multiple fonts provided for
differentiation.
Use these as independent seat work, morning work, at your
writing center, or for early finishers!
