Do your students know how many public servants they’ve got? They will get excited when they find out!

With this resource students will get to know the people who make this country work and run for them on their behalf. This resource will require the use of the internet as students will perform research to complete each set for the Executive branch, Judicial Branch, and Executive Branch.

They will delve into a particular subjects life and tell their place of birth, education, and much more information. This will help set up the stage for students to potentially write biographies for their pick and learn more of what it takes to run for office.

By encouraging young minds to meet their elected officials, they will understand that they too have a duty to this country by taking part in contacting elected officials.

Key information is included on each branch of government such as how many voting members there are on the House of Representatives, and more.

At the end of this unit students will feel a stronger relationship to the people who their parents have elected to represent them.

Answer key is not provided as members will change.
