End of 2023 and Happy New Year 2024 Goals Activities!
FOUR fun goals and resolutions activities to start off New Year’s in
January 2024. Create an amazing bulletin board with the pennants and
football that students make. Get your students engaged right away when
you return from break!

What’s Included:

• What A Year It Was! –
  Students fill out memories of 2023 on 2 pages. These would be perfect
  to complete the last week before winter break. Or, you could have them
  fill it out when you return in January.
• Pennants –
  Students brainstorm 4 goals for the upcoming year. They write a goal
  for at home, in the classroom, on the playground, and one just for
  themselves ( this would go along with a sport they play, hobbies they
  have, etc…). Each pennant has two choices for either a picture and
  one sentence, or just writing (more than one sentence). Students can
  color these and they’d look great on a bulletin board.
• A Word to Describe Me in 2024
  – Students brainstorm a word they want to describe themselves for the
  upcoming year and why they chose it. For example, they could say FAST
  because they want to beat their old swimming record. They fill out the
  pennant, and there are 3 choices.
• Football –
  Students choose one of their four goals to complete the sentence on the
  football. They color and decorate it to make it their own. These would
  make a really fun bulletin board!
