A great unit to get your photography students outside into nature, in any season! I use this unit both in the fall and the spring with my photography classes. This includes a presentation to help students see many different ways to approach photographing nature, for example- are they creative minded, or maybe they like to integrate fashion into their photography? A great way to get excited about photographing in nature! This unit also includes a nature scavenger hunt that can be used in a variety of outdoor settings.

Once your students have taken some beautiful outdoor photos, create a beautiful nature photo cube using Photoshop. Students will use blend modes, text cutouts, classic photo editing, cropping and resizing, and the filter gallery to edit their photos and put them into the included template. Step by step instructions are included that show screenshots for teacher-led instruction or independent work. Once the templates are printed, they can be folded into a beautiful 3-D cube for displaying! This is always a favorite project for my photo students!
