Being able to teach something is the best way to show that you know the content! Your students will do just that in this project on vitamins. Students will work together in small groups to research an assigned vitamin (A, B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, C, D, E, K) over the course of a couple days, create an infographic to display what they’ve learned, and then teach what they have learned to the rest of the class!
