What to do:

  3. comparing prices
  4. choosing which food item costs more
  5. comparing the food items with prices in an online or print catalogue
  6. visiting a supermarket or farmer’s market and finding prices of items

Hands on and additional learning support

The comparing prices food task cards can be enlarged for access by students with visual support needs.

Each card has a choice of two items with a circle for selecting the correct option. Students can point to the correct circle, color it in or place a counter on top of their choice.
