This end of unit or end of year project is perfect for teaching students about personal branding and historical figures. Students will research the life of a historical figure, create a personal brand, and present their findings in a creative way. This project is perfect for any history or social studies classroom and can be adapted for any grade level.
This activity is based in Google Slides and can be used for any historical figure. It is great for an end of the unit project, or an end of the year project! Students will create the personal brand of a historical figure by creating three different items that promote the figure’s “brand.”
Students will create one (or all three) of the three promotional items from the historical figure’s perspective: an Instagram post, a Spotify playlist, and a t-shirt design.
There are models/samples for teachers and students to use.
