This bundle provides everything you need to teach and practice 12 prepositions of location and how to use them in different grammar structures such as “There is a cat on the bench.” The four main worksheets and their variants all come in color and monochrome options with editable templates for you to customize the questions and fonts as you see fit. They include answering questions about a bedroom scene, comparing different scenes, speaking-focused guessing games, and drawing activities designed to both provide ample writing practice as well as creative speaking practice. The two sets of double-sided playing cards can be used in several activities described in the lesson plan and everything can be adapted to suit anything from a one-to-one class to a full class of 40.

A picture dictionary handout is also included to give some extra help! It shows all the vocabulary used in the lesson with its corresponding picture.

A PowerPoint presentation (4:3 and 16:9) that you can use to teach and practice the vocabulary and grammar is also included. The PowerPoint first teaches prepositions through a fun interactive quiz and then teaches full sentences with examples and fill in the blank questions. It is ready to go at the press of a button, fully animated and completely editable, allowing you to add or remove slides/images if you wish. A guide on how to use the PowerPoint is also included.

This resource was designed for Assistant (English) Language Teachers (ALTs) in Japan as well as ESL classes around the world. It is aimed towards elementary school 3rd to 6th grade/junior high school 1st grade with the intent of maximizing speaking, listening and writing skills through a range of fun activities.
