Encourage self-reflection & self-awareness this fall with these Self-Advocacy cards for all ages! The perfect back-to-school activity to help you get to know your students, this bundle includes printable self-advocacy cards for primary students, as well as printable & digital cards for older students. Great for transition planning, student-led conferences, IEP meetings, substitute teachers, and more!


Cards are ideally completed by the student with adult assistance, though adults can also complete for students if they are unable to participate in the process due to cognitive or developmental disabilities. Laminate for durability if desired. Store in a safe, accessible place for students to access as needed.

Elementary cards includes 10 colour and 10 black-and-white cards, each in full-page and half-page versions. Simply print and fill-in-the-blank.

Middle/high school cards includes 12 basic designs (4 full-colour, 8 black-and-white), in each of the following formats:

-foldable Powerpoint for printing (EDITABLE*)

-full-page Powerpoint for printing or digital (EDITABLE*)

-foldable PDF for printing

-full-page PDF for printing

*Note that borders, backgrounds, & headings are NOT editable. Only the student-specific text is editable in order to allow students or staff to complete these cards using PowerPoint. Please ensure you have the necessary software before downloading this product.
